DC 37 Retirees were in the house at an April 24, 2022, rally in Staten Island supporting Amazon workers fighting for a union.

The Amazon Labor Union made history with a rank-and-file camapign at Amazon’s huge JFK8 warehouse when workers voted “Yes!” for the first-ever union at an Amazon facility.

Ballots are now being counted at a second Amazon Staten Island facility LDJ5, which employs some 1,500 workers – and DC 37 Retirees were among those who turned out to support the second organizing drive. Photos of the April 24 rally in solidarity with Amazon workers appear below.
