Dues Update; How to Reach DC 37 Retirees & DC 37

Message from the DC 37 Retirees President – Updated May 5, 2020

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

As a result of COVID-19, the DC 37 Retirees Association office is officially closed until further notice. General membership meetings and committee meetings are also canceled until further notice. However, the Executive Board is conducting its monthly meetings remotely by teleconferencing. Below is an update on Association dues, and info on how to reach the Association and DC 37 services.

DUES UPATE

For those members that paid their annual Association dues by check, please note that we have received over 1,600 checks in the mail and they are secure in our office. Unfortunately, we cannot process these checks until the office reopens. Your membership in the Association will not be interrupted during this time. However, based on this quarantine and our previous experience with disruptions caused by the 9/11 attacks and Hurricane Sandy, we urge members to sign up for dues checkoff where the Association's monthly dues is deducted from your monthly pension. It is the smart way to go!

HOW TO REACH THE DC 37 RETIREES ASSOCIATION

  • Send email to the Retirees Association at [email protected] or [email protected]
  • To contact Association office staff, please call them on their cell phone or leave a message on their office phone.
  • You can also leave a message on Ed Hysyk’s office phone at 212-815-1793 or his cell phone at 917-733-7530.

HOW TO REACH DC 37 SERVICES
