The MELS Social Work Department, Personal Services Unit and DC 37 Pride Diversity Interest Group are joining forces for a special virtual Pride Month event on Thursday, June 22, from 6-7:30 p.m. Please join us and special guests The Trevor Project and PFLAG NYC in learning more about how to protect, support and celebrate our LGBTQ+ youth.

Parents, guardians and friends of LGBTQ+ youth will learn:

• How to support LGBTQ+ youth
• The ABC's of LGBTQ+
• Mental Health Awareness
• How to be an Ally
• Resources for parents and children

Special Guest Speakers from both the Trevor Project and PFLAG NYC will be joining us for a program on Supporting Our LGBTQ+ Youth.
